Avon and Somerset Police Accommodation Project
Thursday 18th March, 2010CSJ Planning have been appointed by Avon and Somerset Police Constabulary to act as Planning Advisors on a major PFI project to provide new modern accommodation throughout the force area. This includes the development of three new operational Headquarters anda regional firearms facility.
The planning applications for each of the threefacilities will be made in outline and will include new Police Headquarter functions, custody centres and new Police stations. CSJ Planning Consultants are also advising onstakeholder consultation and the potential disposal of existing sites.
Once outline planning consents are in place and the Home Office approval gained the project will be put to tender for the construction of these major new facilities.
