- Andrew has extensive experience of public and private sector planning work having spent 16 years at Bristol City Council undertaking both Local Plan and development control work before moving to CSJ Planning in 2001. He manages major applications for a range of clients including brownfield and greenfield residential proposals, city centre and out of town retail developments and commercial and industrial schemes. Andrew specialises in PFI projects and has worked on Bristol’s secondary school re-development programme and many health care schemes.

- Jeremy has extensive experience of local government and private sector planning. As well as specialising in masterplanning, national and international MoD commissions, Environmental Impact Assessments and sustainability appraisals he represents volume house builders, academic institutions and commercial developers through the planning and appeals process.

- Louise’s considerable experience is drawn from the public and private sectors within the UK and overseas. She provides development and planning advice to a wide range of commercial, educational, industrial and residential developers, Local Authorities and Government departments. Louise is also a retained advisor to the Home Office and a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University. She is elected to the RICS International Governing Council and was a Vice Chair of the National Planning Forum and a previous Chairwoman of Women in Property.

- Fran joined CSJ Planning in 2003 and was promoted to a Director in 2008. Prior to joining CSJ Planning Fran gained considerable Local Government experience as well as lecturing at the University of the West of England. She represents a range of clients on a broad range of planning and appeal schemes specialising in major residential schemes, mixed use schemes and complex Conservation Area and commercial developments.

- Mike has broad experience of working within local government, a property and financial institution and the private sector. He specialises in conservation and listed buildings, urban design, residential development, viability issues and brownfield regeneration. Mike represents a range of clients from volume house builders to commercial property developers, through the planning applications and appeals process. In his spare time Mike is a trustee of the Arnos Vale Cemetery Trust.

- Will joined CSJ Brooke•Smith in March 2006. Will has a wide range of planning experience having previously worked in the public sector at both County and District level dealing with appeals, enforcement and development control. He represents a number of clients and has experience of working on a variety of major projects including residential, retail, commercial and mixed uses covering both site appraisals and planning/listed building applications.

- Lyn has wide-ranging planning experience, having joined CSJ Planning in 2000 from the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Planning and Consents Team and previously worked in Local Government. She acts for both private and public sector clients on a variety of development issues including residential care home provision, residential and commercial developments and large scale urban extensions. She has advised on strategic land disposal projects for Her Majesty’s Prison Service and managed applications for the development of both Gloucestershire and Hertfordshire Police Authority Headquarters.

- Julie has a wealth of private sector experience, having joined CSJ Planning in 1997. She represents academic institutions, a range of private clients and housing associations through the planning and appeals process. She acts on a variety of large scale regeneration projects and tall buildings that cover residential, commercial, hotel and mixed use development and Conservation Area and listed building led development. She works with design teams to produce Masterplans and development briefs and works on a range of applications and appeals and has considerable experience of managing stakeholder consultation events.

- Chris joined CSJ Planning in March 2007 from Bristol City Council where he managed the development control function covering part of the city. Chris has extensive experience in a wide range of developments including major residential schemes, PFI projects, large retail extensions and waste management facilities. Chris now represents clients on major mixed-use, residential and commercial applications and appeals and advises a range of clients on emerging Local Development Frameworks.
