CSJ PLANNING and CSJ BROOKE SMITH

CSJ Brooke Smith has very recently been appointed by Walsall Regeneration Company (WRC) to prepare a Development Brief / Masterplan for a large area of land in Walsall close to Manor Hospital, to be known as Waterfront West. CSJ Brooke Smith is leading a consortium including architects, traffic consultants, engineers and environmentalists to prepare a detailed brief for this 7.8 hectare site (split into 3 areas) which will complement the emerging schemes by Urban Splash, Jessop and Lex schemes (Waterfront North & South).

WRC is establishing Walsall at the leading edge of the regions renaissance and Waterfront West is a key site within the town which will see rejuvenated employment, culture, leisure and housing opportunities.
