This scheme comprises of the
conversion of the existing Grade II Listed
office building and former stables to form 40
one, two and three bedroom flats and the
conversion of existing managers house at form
4 additional flats. Within the grounds it is
proposed to erect a two storey block of 4 two
bed flats on the lawn area adjacent to
managers house and a new part three, part
four-storey development adjoining the stable
block to form a further 19 flats. The scheme
has been very sympathetically design so as to
return the character and integrity of the
Listed Building and its architectural
appearance whilst complimenting its setting
within a Conservation Area.
